General Questions

We're open 7 days a week to fit your schedule. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Holiday hours may vary, so give us a call if you're planning a holiday visit.

Lee's Laundromat is located at 104 West Street, Laurel, DE 19956. We're right in the heart of Laurel, easy to find with plenty of parking. Stop by and say hello!

Not at all! We have high-quality detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets available at our vending machines. You can also bring your own preferred products if you like. Our detergent is hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and coins. Most of our machines are coinless, so you can pay with your card or phone. No more digging for quarters!

Pricing & Services

Self-service laundry pricing varies by machine size. Small loads (under 15 lbs) start at $3.00, medium loads (15-30 lbs) start at $4.50, and large loads (30+ lbs) start at $6.00. Dryer time is $1.00 per 15 minutes. Our pickup and delivery service starts at $25 for regular orders. Commercial pricing is custom-quoted based on volume and frequency.

Yes! We offer a 10% discount when you wash 3 or more loads at once. We also have a loyalty card program โ€” buy 10 washes, get the 11th free. Commercial customers receive additional volume discounts.

We have machines for every load size: small (20 lb), medium (35 lb), large (55 lb), and extra-large (80 lb). Whether you're washing a single shirt or cleaning the whole family's laundry, we've got a machine that fits.

Absolutely! We have gentle cycle options on several machines, and our staff can advise on the best settings for delicate items. For very special garments, consider our pickup and delivery service where we partner with professional cleaners for optimal care.

Scheduling is easy! You can call us at (302) 875-3857, or fill out our contact form with your pickup details. We typically offer next-day pickup, and you can choose a time window that works best for you.

Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours from pickup to delivery. Need it faster? We offer express service with same-week delivery for an additional fee. You'll receive text notifications when your laundry is picked up and when it's on its way back to you.

No problem! For pickup, you can leave your laundry bags in a designated spot (garage, porch, etc.) and we'll grab them. For delivery, we can leave your clean laundry in a safe place or hold it at our facility for pickup. Just let us know your preferences when scheduling.

Commercial Services

We work with hotels, bed and breakfasts, restaurants, gyms, spa and salon, medical offices, and any business that needs regular linen service. If your business generates laundry, we can help!

We offer flexible billing options including weekly invoicing, monthly statements, and automatic payment. You'll receive detailed invoices showing all services provided. We can also provide monthly reports for your records.

Facility & Amenities

Yes! We have a comfortable waiting area with seating, air conditioning, and free WiFi. There's also a dedicated kids' corner with books and toys to keep little ones entertained while you fold.

Absolutely! Enjoy free high-speed WiFi throughout the facility. Connect to "LeesLaundry_Free" and you're all set to browse, stream, or catch up on work while your laundry runs.

Our machines are well-maintained, but if something does go wrong, just let us know immediately. We'll refund your money for that load and get the machine back up and running as soon as possible.
