Welcome to Lee's Laundromat. By accessing our facility, using our services, or interacting with our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Eligibility: Our services are available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Facility Use: When using our self-service laundry facility, you agree to:

• Follow all posted safety and operating instructions
• Use machines only for their intended purpose
• Report any malfunctions or issues immediately
• Clean up after yourself and maintain cleanliness
• Respect other customers and staff

Pickup & Delivery Terms

Scheduling: Pickup and delivery times are estimates. We strive to meet scheduled times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, and other factors.

Access: For pickup, ensure items are accessible at the agreed location and time. For delivery, provide clear instructions for dropping off items if you won't be present.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.

Commercial Accounts

Commercial customers are subject to additional terms including minimum monthly volumes, payment terms, and service level agreements. These terms will be specified in your commercial service agreement.

Payment Terms

Self-Service: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Pickup & Delivery: Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Invoices for commercial accounts are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Returned Payments: A $25 fee will be charged for returned payments.

Laundry Care & Liability

Care Standards: We exercise reasonable care in processing your laundry. Standard wash and dry cycles are used unless otherwise specified.

Damage Claims: In the rare event of damage, claims must be submitted within 7 days of service. We will repair or replace damaged items at our discretion. Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

Lost Items: We are not responsible for personal items left in clothing or pockets. Please check pockets before submitting laundry.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted for cleaning:

• Items heavily soiled with hazardous materials
• Fur or leather items requiring special treatment
• Items with loose beads, sequins, or fragile decorations
• Wedding gowns or formal wear requiring preservation

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Lee's Laundromat and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lee's Laundromat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
